What do I do first? I need to sell Townhome association $$$$$?
I am a single parent and worry I will lose it all if I don’t sell my property quick, my mortgate is $1200, they est. escrow wrong and association is $225, and I owe $135k and property value was in 2007 @ 210K.
Who should I be contacting, my only blemish is my available credit is maxed due to 10 month layoff but I paid of car, and I have never missed or been late with any pays, am I going to be ok? I have been back at work for 1 year, and show I have been with the company 6 years, Will this work with my credit being maxed to survive? The association fees total to @ 4000 with the late fees which I cannot avoid.

Find a Realtor to sell your place for you. You might try to work something out with the HOA, but that is often an uphill, losing battle.
I assume that your credit score is low due to your highly leveraged state. If you don’t want to lose your place, you might consider getting a part-time second job, but I’m not sure how that will mesh with your parental obligations.
Good luck.
