is property selling fast due to credit crunch?
i live in harlow and i really want to sell my property fast…the property does need repair but i have out it up for a low price?

The credit crunch has slowed the housing market since people don’t want to risk uprooting when money is tight. You will probably find it more difficult to get a buyer now than when the market was booming despite the low price.
Everything sells at a price.
The property is in disrepair you will need to sell quick.
real estate is NOT selling fast and hasn’t been selling fast for years and average house takes 9-10 months to get sold, which is double the normal average during a healthy real estate market, and if it needs repairs, it will take even longer and/or you will get even lower offers
