How do I go about selling my property to a fast food chain?
I am wondering how you go about getting your property sold to a fast food chain. DD just bought the house up the street and tore it down to build on the lot. We are thinking the same thing for our property. There are no fast food chains here and we know it would be a great location. But not sure how to go about getting them interested. Maybe a website or email??
I am not trying to open a fast food chain. Just sell the lot to an interested party.

Put your property up for sale through a realtor, possibly a commercial realtor if zoning permits.
First you need to obtain commercial zoning and planning permission to open a fast food establishment at the location.
If they want your property They will contact you.
