They are not going to pay for maid service.
They do not care if they sell quickly or not.
They do hire people to remove the trash (at least most do, I have seen homes where they did not), and the term they use is “trash out”.
Not a bad idea, but I imagine that the banks hire a realtor (or have their own in-house realtor) that takes care of selling the properties. I would just call the bank and ask who they use.
Remember this is not for judicial sales. This advice is only for when the bank owns the homes and is trying to get as much as possible for them.
Talk to the realtors in your area. Talk to the loan department officers. Put an ad in the paper. Talk to insurance companies. Talk to police depts. to clean up crime scenes. Good luck!
You have to contact the realtor.
You are better off soliciting real estate agents that list the REO’s and are doing the BPO’s on them.
They often need unskilled laborers to do their “trash outs” which is removing debris, animal feces, rotten food, maggots, fleas, urine soaked carpeting, etc. It is by no sense of the word “cleaning” and it is not a pleasant task. I apologize for the brutal honesty but that’s often what you are dealing with.
Sorry, but banks don’t throw more money out on these properties & do as little as possible, if anything.
