		<description>List your home in the newspaper as well as on the site you have it listed on. Also go and talk to local realtors in your area and let them know that you are willing to pay a 3% commision on your home if they come across a buyer who is interested in your home. This will get them excited about showing your home. This way you don&#039;t have to list it with any agency and you save the other 3% in cost that ussually comes with listing it. Just a few ideas hope this helps. Good Luck!!!!</description>

Having a real estate agent behind you is going to highly increase your chances of selling.
