  5. If you want a contempt ruling, you can. Otherwise you do not have the right to sell or give away. Give the dog to him & stop be a big old “B”. Pettiness is so ugly.

  7. No. You need to simply talk to the ex about whatever issues you may have with the dog and the ex. Sometimes, talking is all it takes. No court intervention is needed, unless, of course, you want to pay the big bucks for such.
