What to do if bank send person to change lock on rent property?
my friend lives in a rent home. the owner stop pay the mortgage because they no longer want the home. My friend is interested to buy the home since she already lives there. The owner tells my friend that he is going to put the house on short sale so she could buy it. The short sale process has not yet started . my friend still lives in the house waiting on the short sale agreement with the bank.
well , yesterday some people came to the house saying the bank told them to put a lock on the house doors. but because my friend was there the guy say they cannot change the lock since someone is living n the house. so they took my friends name and tell her the will forward the Information ( that someone is in the house) to the bank.
i think the house is now in pre foreclosure
my question is what will the bank do next? will they kick my friend out the house immediately? should my friend stay in the house til the short sale agreement or the bank says something?

De geluiden zoals het huis kunnen reeds door de bank worden bezeten. Als zo u het van de bank kunt kunnen kopen. Of de eigenaar kan een " ondertekend hebben; houd op met eis deed" aan iemand wie met de bank wil regelen.
U zou uw rechten als huurders of krakers onmiddellijk moeten leren. Als u don' t doet dit nu, kunt u uit losmaken.
Dat is normaal voor de bank om iemand te sturen om ervoor te zorgen het huis veilig is. Het is ook normaal dat zij niet de sloten veranderden aangezien u het huis bezet. Wat het niettemin betekent is dat de veilingsdatum dicht wordt.
Mijn vraag aan u: Zette u een aanbieding op het huis in het schrijven zodat de bank een korte verkoop kan overwegen? Opdat de bank een korte verkoop overweegt moeten zij een geschreven aanbieding van u hebben. De huiseigenaar of u of een agent moet dit aan de bank voorleggen. Het korte verkoopproces is een lang te voorschijn gehaald proces en er zijn vele punten nodig van de verkoper opdat de bank dit overweegt. Als u geen aanbieding hebt voorgelegd en de verkoper niet de nodig documenten aan de bank heeft voorgelegd – u zou waarschijnlijk moeten beginnen een nieuwe plaats te zoeken om te leven omdat de tijd kort is nu zij controleren om te zien of wordt het huis beveiligd. Zij don' t doet gewoonlijk dat tot het neer aan weken vóór de veiling wordt. De bank zal geen regelingen voor u maken om het bezit te kopen tot het gaat veilen. Zij can' t! Zij don' t het tot het op wordt verhinderd. Zo don' t verwacht hen aan. Als u wacht tot de veiling dateert stelt u het risico van iemand anders in werking die het bezit koopt bij veiling. Elke staat is verschillend zover als wanneer u het bezit moet vrijmaken.
Until the very END of foreclosure, the lease is valid and binding. At the end of foreclosure, the lender takes title, and the lease is voided. Some states have recently passed protections for renters in foreclosed homes. Check it out for your state. Friend can stay put until they get notice otherwise. They will be given notice and some time. They might be offered Key Money, money to move out and hand over keys.
