Should I collect rent from a tenant that is living in a house that was discharged in Bankruptcy?
The bank has yet to foreclose on this property and its been almost a year since the bankruptcy was discharged. The tenants have been living in the house for almost a year for free. I was contacted recently by the bank to do a deed in lieu of to try and short sell the property to get the home out of my name and back to the bank. Should I be collecting rent from the tenants or get them out of the home?

U hebt het recht om huur tot de dag te ontvangen het huis uit uw naam wordt genomen en in naam van de bank genomen. Uw tenents zijn u ??n jaar huur verschuldigd, en u zou het moeten verzamelen, of draait het over aan een inzamelingsagentschap.
They should have been paying you rent this whole time!! Bankruptcy does NOT effect their lease in anyway! They are legally required to pay you rent until the foreclosure goes thru and you no longer own the house.
You need to get these deadbeats out and sue them for all the unpaid rent!!!
