Can you legally rent foreclosed property?
I saw an advert for a cheap property rental. Turns out the property is foreclosed (or bank owned) and the agent wants to rent it out on a month to month basis, hoping to sell it in the near future.
For me it looks to be a good short term rent, but is it legal?

make sure you have money saved up just incase he/she sells property while your renting, if anything see if they would consider a 6 month lease
