What is a reasonable cost to replace plumbing in a 2 story 2 bathroom house that wasn’t winterized properly?

There are approximately 6 “splits” in the baseboards and at least one leak in a bathroom wall on the second floor behind the shower. There is no access panel for the shower pipes.
