check if you have bypassed the trap on one side of the sink (the bendi thing ) do this by puting the plugs in and put some water in the sink both sides if the smell goes away thats your problem ant the smell is gases from the sewer which can be dangerous due to explosion and suffercation

Sounds like you are wasting your time on the drains and need to find the location of the smell. When there was some leaking, it must have mildew/mold there. Find the source & maybe have to replace in that area.

Open the cabinet doors and place a fan that will blow into them. Let the fan move the air and it will dry out an moisture that remains. Mix about one quarter cup of bleach with four cups of water and spray on the walls behind and beside the walls. This should kill any mildew that might be forming that you cant see.If this doesn't do the job you might have to remove the Sheetrock but I don't this this will be necessary.

i do mold remediation for a living, and i would bet that the drywall behind your cabinetry has mold growing on it.
