		<description>To cut the hole in the VINYL panel depending on the thickness you can use a good razor knife or my favorite would be to use a spiral cut saw. Once the hole is cut you will want to run a bead of pure silicone of the same color as the panel around the inside edge to stick the panel to the wall and to waterproof it. I would tape the edges of the panel to the window frame for 24 hours to ensure a tight bond with ample drying time. Trim off any excess silicone with a razor knife. Lastly I would trim out the edges using &quot;VINYL CORNER MOLDING&quot;. Apply a bead of silicone to the inside of the corner molding right in the center, Tape it in-place, then use small finish nails to completely secure it. I would leave that tape on for 24 hours also.</description>
