How do I cut a vinyl shower panel to replace window in bathroom?
I am remodeling a bathroom and need to cut out a window in the vinyl shower panel. What is the best way to caulk,border, and install the window in the manner?

To cut the hole in the VINYL panel depending on the thickness you can use a good razor knife or my favorite would be to use a spiral cut saw. Once the hole is cut you will want to run a bead of pure silicone of the same color as the panel around the inside edge to stick the panel to the wall and to waterproof it. I would tape the edges of the panel to the window frame for 24 hours to ensure a tight bond with ample drying time. Trim off any excess silicone with a razor knife. Lastly I would trim out the edges using “VINYL CORNER MOLDING”. Apply a bead of silicone to the inside of the corner molding right in the center, Tape it in-place, then use small finish nails to completely secure it. I would leave that tape on for 24 hours also.
