Cost to replace base board of kitchen floor?
how much would it cost for labor and supplies to replace the base board (vinyl not included)
in a 15 by 15 kitchen ?

Vinyl base? Why not do it yourself? You can get the base at HD, Lowe’s, or a flooring center, get 3 tubes of cove base adhesive, and a sharp utility knife used with a Speed Square to cut it. You can be done in an hour, and save the $100 minimum that someone would charge to come in and install it. Hope this helps.
