Can I replace bathroom recessed floodlight with a regular energy-saving bulb?
I think it’ll fit ok, but what about the bathroom moisture since it’s right next to the shower? Anything else I need to consider?

there are energy saving bulbs to fit recessed spot lights ( can lights ) that have the same appearance as the original bulbs you were using.
if there were no problems before because of location you would not be introducing any new ones just by changing the bulb style to energy saving
I’m pretty sure you can, I’ve been told not to use them in enclosed lighting lamps, but if it’s exposed to air to cool it, there shouldn’t be a problem. As for humidity, I use them in my patio lights, and they’ve been rained on quite often, and they’re still working fine after 2 years.
yes you can, as long as the fixture is the same type of voltage, i will include a link i have delt with that you might want to research.
best of luck !!!
Only limitation I know of is the socket style…should be ok. Be careful bulb does not burn a plastic lens though…
