Where can i find properties below market value or people who need quick sales and are at risk of repossesion?
I do not mean property auctions
I mean contacts, websites, associates, friends, family, relatives etc. I am interested in helping people stay in their homes or stop the bank from taking their homes. I am able to buy the property and rent it back to them at a price they can afford and then they can buy it back when there finances are better. I believe in honesty and intergrity and genuinely helping people in these difficult times
I am interested in Uk properties.

waarom u aan wegwerp10' zou willen; s van 1000' s van ponden – als de huizen in waarde 30.000 zijn verminderd en 5-10 yrs of meer genomen om hun waarde te herwinnen – waarom zou u overal dichtbij eigenschappen als dat willen gaan, tenzij u hen aan de dieptepuntprijzen kocht? De enige manier uw plan zou werken is door u die het volledige bedrag leningen in contant geld betalen (u wouldn; t om een hypotheek voor een huis te kunnen krijgen dat 30k minder tha de lening het de moeite waard is betalen) en moetend enkel jarenlang wachten om uw geldrug – geen winst te krijgen – de enige mensen u zou helpen de banken zijn – dietot het plan geen betekenis maakt
