Sometime ago my boss and his wife hired a cook and kitchen porter (they were married) this worked really well and everything was homemade,the wife is so bossy she hires and fires nearly every week at one point. the cook and kitchen porter had cross interests and things got messy so the cook and husband left to run another business.My boss and his wife has made their lives hell told lies about them to discredit them and bullied them.Now i find I’m manager of his business and have noticed more than i should with the staff,most of them are stealing from him one being my friend another someone who keeps trying to touch my boobs,which i found silly funny at first thought it was a wind up now its beyond the joke. I have told my boss about the stealing and harassment and he thinks i should be complimented as he is 15 years younger,with the stealing has burried his head in the sand and wont do anything about it.There’s more.He went away to turkey to buy a property and didnt tell me he was away
With his wife nor did he leave me emergency contact numbers. We had a block in our drains and the enviromental health was called out who said i had to get drains unblocked before i was allowed legally to use the drains again,long story short as poss,i cant get hold of his wife and discover they are in turkey no contact numbers and a whole lot of people letting me down at work and authorities trying to close the shop down which i just by the skin of my teeth kept open by only doing take away (nothing to wash that way) When my boss finally talks to me i feel i have completely lost it not only all this but i lost out on my daughters prom to sort out his crap,he tells me he will sack everyone on his return and im to find staff but i needed a day off and when i returned he put me last on the rota with people he knew were not that good and rung people to come in and work the very ones who are stealing from him.He wants me to work with these people and i dont know what to do its upsetting me
