Problem you have is if the house was built for 'biz' was it an asset of the biz or for personal use?!? Since you know the sale is supposed to close next week, tell them you will be available to attend the closing, that way you can get a copy of the documents you sign. If it is a business asset, they may not need your signature. It seems as if they already know that they are able to do so with an order from the court and will do so if necessary.
