In which European country you can buy a property and at the same time be granted residence permit?
I heard that you can buy a property in Turkey (even with mortgage) and automatically can be granted a residence permit. Would be great if any one knows what European country can do the same.
If you know other countries not just Europeans – please do post your answer.
Thank you!

However, do remember…resident doesn’t mean you can live and work in the host country. Almost ALL will require a Work Permit too.
