I need to sell my apartment in Spain asap. I’ll lower price for quick sale. Any suggestions? Agents too slow!
If anyone knows of investment companys over there that specialise in buying property before it gets reposessed would be great.

As an idea, how about using the same theory as those people in Yorkshire. Sell tickets for a lottery of the house at £60 each … have a set number of entrants …. and bingo, I think you will make you money back as many consider £60 as cheap.
Lol – Partygirl … Fair enough, be cynical. But those people will be giving £850,000 to Charity … I hope you are not cynical about that also.
Apparently the news today says there are big worries for property market in Spain.
It is certainly very volatile indeed.
GL.
BTW I’d never consider buying a raffle ticket at £60. I’ve seen way way way too much corruption in my time – and i’ve seen with my own eyes an official examine loads of the entries from a raffle (names and address and area and handwriting style) before deciding on picking two. I hate corruption – but at least I know it exists.
Just advertise it. Put it in the local paper, put it on your intranet site at work possibly. Print some leaflets and hand them out in the pub, to friends, in shops etc.
Get in touch with development sites in that area to see if they have any plans there, they may buy it off you.
Good luck.
For the years you have stayed there can be paid back to be very pricey do you have stayed there can be very.
