  1. het hangt eigenlijk af van wat u eiste het faillissement on.it tussen een huis verschillend is, zouden een bedrijf, de creditcards of een persoonlijke loan.you moeten vinden meer informatie over de faillissementsovereenkomst anders controleert ITSA website.you een antwoord daar zal vinden

  3. It depends on what chapter you filed.
For FHA and VA loans on a chapter 7 you need 2 years from the discharge date unless you had a compelling reason then you may be able to get a mortgage after 1 year. For a 13 you can get a mortgage 1 from the file date with the trustees permission.
The main thing with the 7 is you need to have re-established your credit and made all of your payments on time since the BK.
With the 13 same thing applies, your payments have to be on time while in the bk.

  4. no it is not – and depends on which bankruptcy you file oh and lol

depends on if you are a republican or democrat and whose administration you are in – :D
