How can you buy property when you owe back child support?
My ex husband just bought some property, land to be exact, and he says 1 acre. I don’t know who he bought it from, and honestly, I don’t know how he got it. Don’t you need a social security number to be able to buy property? At least from an actual company, not from family or friends? My ex owes over 3k in back child support and still has to pay over 500 a month still. So how in the world did he buy property when he is technically in debt??
Please, no rude answers, thank you.

Hij kon genoeg geld nog hebben en/of genoeg inkomen maken om een acre van land te kopen, alhoewel hij achterkindersteun verschuldigd is. Twee zijn niet wederzijds – exclusief.
it could be a lie just to get your goat… or it could be in someone elses name… there’s any number of ways to get around something like that… Then there is the other side of the fence, where the women takes everything including the dog, leaves the ex living in a flop house and paying 1400.00 a month so she can make a huge payment on her new car while he drives a 1990 Ford P/U becasue he can’t afford to buy a new vehicle… many times child support becomes ignorant lazy former spouse support…
There are abuses on both sides of the fence… if you’re getting your 500+ a month, there really isn’t much you can say, he’s meeting his agreed to terms…
If you are paying cash for something, no SSN is needed regardless of who you are buying it from. The back child support would only come into play if he were seeking credit for make the purchase.
Very few people are totally debt-free when buying a property; they have car loans and credit cards and so on. They just have to prove that they have enough income to cover these debts and the new one they are asking for a loan on.
Cash talks . You can buy property with out even using your real name.
