Can i come in on the premise of being an investor? (Starting businesses / buying property)
Foreigner.

  1. Probably not.
    I know that some rules are that you have to have continuous residence in the U.S. for at least five years, and be fluent in English. I don’t know all of the details. I’m already American, so I’ve never been interested in finding out how to immigrate to America.
