Hiya! Quick immigration question
What are the stipulations for becoming an American citizen?
Can i come in on the premise of being an investor? (Starting businesses / buying property)
Foreigner.
I’ve spent considerable amounts of time living in the US though. studying, etc..

I know that some rules are that you have to have continuous residence in the U.S. for at least five years, and be fluent in English. I don’t know all of the details. I’m already American, so I’ve never been interested in finding out how to immigrate to America.

In fact, depending on your nationality and amount of assets you have, you can indeed get an Investor Visa and come to the United States.
