Ever try to sell your home with we buy houses fast co?
Ever try to sell your home with on of those we buy houses fast companies? I have been transferred out of state and needed to sale my home quick. I contacted Property resource Corp. They are the biggest rip offs in town. First they try to buy your home for far less then what it is worth then they try to stick you with outrageous fees. There web site says they don’t charge fees but once you read the fine print you find they charge you all kinds of fees. Needless to say I didn’t go with this company. I was just wondering if anyone else had similar experiences?

l would rather go with a real estate company rather then them l just don`t trust these kind of companies
This is kinda standard practice for these types of firms. The reason they are willing to buy your home so fast is so they can get it way below market value and therefore sell it to someone else at a profit. If they bought your home for market value or even just a little below market value they’d lose money as they have all sorts of costs in fixing up and resaling your house. Also, why would they even want to buy your house at near to market value when there are probably many, many houses for sale on the MLS that they can get at this price.
You ask if anyone has had similiar experiences, well I used to be one of those guys (not anymore – too much work) but I was honest and nver misrepresented what I was doing. Its was a pretty good business but was also hard work and not easy.
