am planning 2 buy some property in my hometown, but i cant go down to sign the documents. any suggestions?
i currently live in abu dhabi and am planning to buy some property in my hometown in india. however i will not be able to go and sign the papers. can my bother do it in my place using a power of attorney? any other suggestions?

For you as they usually have officials to verify the finance co can arrange all of documents that but it would be.
Have it faxed and sign it in the presence of a Notary Public if they would allow it.
In the US the power of attorney, properly notarized, would be sufficient. Not sure about India.
