Will they take our word because the seller might not pay for it and we are going to get rid of it anyways? Help.

Supply and fit all materials, approx 18 metres of tiling, and rip out and replace a whole shower unit? Any rough estimates? UK
Just the labour cost approx – how much roughly would you expect, forget all the tiles and what type etc, adhesive etc just labour. How much would you charge?

Its a very small bathroom so I think I can probably do it myself but what all do I need? Also there is concrete under the linoleum not wood or anything like that.
As far as the walls go its just a layer of wallpaper and I want to replace it.

I will be in victoria, docklands which is in melbourne, AUS this summer from May 14th-End of June and am looking for a place to live. I am a student from Atlanta, Georgia in the United States doing my internship at the YMCA Docklands. I am not sure if I should be looking at renting properties because I won’t be signing a 6-month lease or anything…but was not sure if places have a 1-month/pay-as-you-go rental agreement. Anyways, my budget is a max of $150 p/w and I have been looking at lots of possible properties around Docklands that are in my budget but I just need to know if these are out of the question since I wil only be there 1 1/2 months. What kind of a place should I look at it to live in? Are hostels more realistic or is there a different type of website/search I should be doing to find places that can accomodate a short stay? Thanks for any help!

My house has been on the market for about 3 months now. We have had 3 open houses with a few lookers and 2 private showings that said the house was too small or not open enough. It is a 1.5 story tradiotional with about 1300 square feet above grade and about 1900 with the basement living space. We have moved a couch out and moved the kitchen table into the living room to make a dining room. Please take a look at these pictures and give me some opioions about what you like and don’t like about the house. We are down as low as we want to go on it. It also has about 3 acres. There are linoleum tiles which are not the problem; I can get them up, but the sub-flooring (wood) around the toilet is old and rotting and I need to replace it. How do I lift the toilet off to repair the floor? Any other suggestions would be great!

I am an 18 year old undergrad student at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta Canada. I am a Canadian citizen and have no prior credit history. I want to buy a duplex or fourplex to rent out in St. Louis (where I eventually hope to move). Can I mortgage a property (under $100K) from outside of the country?
I would definitely not buy the house sight unseen! (I’ve seen some shows about that!) Thanks for your help. 10 pts.
